Always. You meet the shortlist and choose. Nobody joins your team without your approval.
What about time zones?
We staff shifts against US, UK, EU and Gulf hours. Overlap windows are written into the contract.
Can we hire the resource permanently?
Yes, after twelve months there is no transfer fee. Before that a one-off conversion fee applies.
